Please, how can I edit the look of the presentation single photos, such as adding the number of photos in the slide show or moving the icon - see the picture. thanks for the help.

Moving the permalink icon is not user configurable. I think it would require hacking the Fancybox javascript.
For the caption, you could add the numbers to the caption area by using the proper metadata tokens. But it wouldn't be aligned right and you won't be able to style it. Something like this:
{Caption}, {Lens} - {CellNumber}/{NumImages}
