Re: Something went wrong

Hi, that can be tricky to diagnose. Are you using phplugins? If so try disabling it and see if that fixes the problem. You'll then need to diagnose the error in your custom PHP code before re-enabling it.

If you're not using phplugins then please locate the file, found under backlight/data/designer/cache and email it to me using the Email link unde my name.

Re: Something went wrong

Thanks Evagoras, that's a great help.  It looks like the template file had only partially been saved.  It cuts off part way through a word.
I've fixed this for now by reloading your page with the ?skipCache parameter added (i.e. http://gallery.evagoras.co.uk/galleries … skipCache).  That causes that particular template to be re-generated.  None of the other template files were truncated.

Hopefully this will have been a one-off.  I suggest that if this happens again to run the command Designer > Templates > Clear Template Cache. If you find this issue cropping up frequently, then please reply back on this thread so that I can look further into possible causes.
