instalation of ttg Client response Gallery ce4

Thanks in advance for help.

I have used the original feedbackgallery a while ago and I  am updating my website.
I have logged into ttg-be/admin page and then installed the crg files.
I have then setup the lightroom gallery and exported to a folder called "client1".
I have then uploaded this to the gallery folder in tt-gbe/templates.
I then went into admin and changed the crg template to "client1"
When access the page I have created (made up name) "htpp://mywebsitename.co.uk/ttg-be/templates/gallery/client1/
all I get on screen  is "ERROR plus about 5000 lines of code."

I have look at php.ini file and all seems ok there ( I think).

Any help is much appreciated

Re: instalation of ttg Client response Gallery ce4

can you provide a real link to your gallery template? Otherwise, there's not much we can tell you.

also, make sure to enable guest access to ttg-be and provide login credentials unless you just leave them at the ttg default

Re: instalation of ttg Client response Gallery ce4

Hi Rob.

Sorry for not replying sooner. (I do appreciate all help on forums!)

My problem was with the instalation of the lightroom plugin. I re downloaded it and all works ok.

I also ran into a similar error from Lightroom but this was to do with setting passwords - There is a problem in Lightroom if you start a password with a number. It will export ok but will show an ERROR. The solution to this is to not start passwords with a number, ever, using this plugin.
