CE4-Backend not working with Aphotofolio Website

I've recently installed CE4 plugin and using Lightroom CC. Plugin works fine.
I'm having issues accessing the CE4 backend admin to setup my account? I have contacted my website provider Aphotofolio
and they do not allow PHP to be uploaded since it can contain malicious code?
I have access to my website backend but it is restricted to a files folder. I cannot access the main settings to my website backend.
ie" http://mywebsitename.com/files/

I tried http://mywebsitename.com/files/ttg-be/admin/ and could not access the TTG-BackEnd?

Would really appreciate any help on this!
Thanks, Dan

Ben needn't waste his time. I've already had this conversation out with Dan over email, and it's as simple as his host doesn't support PHP, so he needs to on with Bluehost.
