Re: Visit protected galleries as admin

Just try visiting one of your CRG managed albums while logged into ttg-be, you'll find that you get right in.

Re: Visit protected galleries as admin

you're logged into ttg-be as admin and are trying to access CRG managed albums (as opposed to password protected albums or galleries)?

Re: Visit protected galleries as admin

You could try adding the exact same image again and then remove it again.

It might need to be deleted manually (via ftp) and references removed from the database. The easiest thing may be to just delete the album.

on a side note, I see that your template has spaces in its name. File and folders should contain only letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores. No spaces or special characters, they can cause unforeseen problems.

Re: Visit protected galleries as admin

If you're logged into TTG-BE as Admin then feedback features of CRG are not available to you. You'd need to log out of TTG-BE and then log in to your CRGs using whatever client credentials you've set up.
CRG managed albums are only viewable when logged into TTG-BE. You can't interact with them.

The client's selections are tied to their login, so if not logged in as the client, you would not be able to see their input.
