Problems setting up de e-mail response in CRG04
Where do i find the information about solving problems about de client response gallery CE4. Can i also run it stand alone without the ttg-BE. I'm getting the following error message.
Client response gallery currently unavailable. The feedback profile could not be found.

Hi Mel,
Thanks for the link. It looks like your gallery is trying to use the profile called 'default' but you don't have one with that name. There is a 'Default'. The easiest remedy would be to rename 'Default' to 'default' within the CRG admin page.

These URLs are used internally to the gallery. I'm providing the links just to demonstrate that the profile name is the issue.
