Galleries not found

I am having issues with my galleries- they appear to only be viewable from a mac or phone- not from a pc. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

Re: Galleries not found

I can't access the galleries or ttg-be on your site from my desktop, but I can access both from my iPad.
I can't even access from my desktop using the mobile.php file in the browser.
it's most likely a server issue. Or perhaps a .htaccess issue since the galleries and ttg-be are accessible by mobile devices but not on the desktop.

this is a new one. Ben will need to take a look. Give him a bit as he's in Australia and it's currently the wee hours.

it may save some time if you PM him with ttg-be admin login credentials. He may also need FTP access

Yeah, I can access with my iPad aswell, but I don't have a pc, so all I know is what I hear from my customers. There is no rush though. We found alternate ways, but would love to resolve this whenever possible:)

Re: Galleries not found

Hi Ingvild, I have never seen anything like this.  It's as though the server is detecting the browser or OS version, attempting to process specifically for it and failing.  Do you have anything unique in your server setup, such as an .htaccess file that you've created or copied from elsewhere?

If you'd like me to look further into this, I'd need you to provide me with FTP access so that I can see just what is happening on your server.
