Let's say I have a newspaper that wants to buy pictures of me. they want to be able to quickly retrieve the images and get a compilation bill at the end of each month. Can this solve in any way that customers can download images without having to pay or that I should have to go into the cart admin and approve the order? If customers use a code that gives 100%? Is this possible?

I suppose you could use the transactionless checkout option.
