Cart Template not showing up

Just installed TTG Gallery and Cart.  I have exported my lrtemplate and uploaded it to server at ../ttg-be/templates/gallery, however it is not showing up in the drop down list on the cart admin page.  The only thing I see is the option for cart-default.

Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Can you clarify what you mean by this? You should be exporting a gallery out of the Web Module, not uploading anything that has lrtemplate in its name

Re: Cart Template not showing up

That's my next question.  As I'm using Gallery and Cart standalone with my existing site, where should I upload my galleries to?  Do I make a directory "galleries" in the ttg-be directory?  Or should it go in the root directory?

A link to a test gallery is http://www.armstrongactionphotography.c … ies/test1/

Re: Cart Template not showing up

is that link to the gallery you want to use as the cart template? if so, it's in the wrong place. it should be in the /ttg-be/templates/gallery/ folder.

As I'm using Gallery and Cart standalone with my existing site, where should I upload my galleries to?

Probably the best thing is to use a folder named galleries/ (which you already have, it seems) and place it at the same server level as the ttg-be/ folder. In the Publisher set up, set the top-level galleries folder to "galleries" (without the quotes)

Do I make a directory "galleries" in the ttg-be directory?  Or should it go in the root directory?

the root directory would probably be ideal (make sure the ttg-be/ directory is also in the root). Definitely not in the ttg-be directory. The only things you should be adding to that directory are gallery and autoindex templates, and they will go in the existing ttg-be/templates/gallery/ and ttg-be/templates/autoindex/ directories.

Re: Cart Template not showing up

I found my mistake...I was exporting the template preset instead of exporting an actual gallery from lightroom.  Uploaded the new template and it shows up on the Cart menu.

Is Publisher needed?

Is Publisher needed?

no. Just sort of assumed you were using it.

But the advice about placing your galleries/ folder still applies.

If you want an index to your galleries, the Autoindex would also be needed. Otherwise you'd have to supply direct urls to people or manually created them on your site.
