Installing New Update from Jan 13, 2019

I want to confirm that I did it correctly. I went to BL2 Admin>Modules and found the updates. I clicked on "Update all" for BL2 and Okapi web modules. I did the same thing with the links "Reinstall all". I now get a link to allow me to reinstall all the modules.
1. Am I done?
2. Do I have to re install Publisher Plug in too?

When I  clicked the "Update all" I got the message on top "Succesfully update all...."(white text onblue background)  Didn´t you see that? It wasn´t necessary to reinstall all the modules.

You don’t need to update the plugin. The LR Publisher plugin is stable and rarely needs updating. We’ll make it known via our blog if the plugin needs updating.

I did see the message "Update was successful". Then I got a message "Reinstall all" or something like that. I didn't remember seeing it previously so I thought I should click on it. I did. I assume it was not a problem and also not necessary.
