Website down

My website benmiflin.net has been up and working perfectly until today - it was OK at the weekend. Now I get the message

"Something went wrong

Unexpected error: i360: Error in global initialization 1 in Unknown on line 0

Please report error at http://community.theturninggate.net"

I can still login to benmiflin.net/backlight

FYI guest access is username guest pw Guest

Any help greatly appreciated.

Ben

Re: Website down

Has something changed with your hosting? Perhaps they changed the php version (there have been issues with the latest version of php). If they have, you may need to revert to a previous version.

If that isn’t it, then I suggest sending Backlight admin and FTP credentials to Ben

Re: Website down

You're currently using PHP 5.6.36 so I doubt that a php version change from your host is the problem.

Ben will need to comment/take a look.

Re: Website down

looks like there's another report with this same error message.
Who is your host?

Re: Website down

I would guess your host has changed the server software in some way.  This isn't related to a PHP version number, but instead to a PHP misconfiguration on the server.

Re: Website down

Message received from my Web Host https://www.bestwebhosting.co.uk/
"I've managed to locate the cause of the issue to a faulty php module which was included in last nights server update, as such this should now be working correctly."

You were right

Thanks for quick replies
