Which button? the one in the albums, the ones in the add-to-cart, the ones in the cart page??
thumbnail and large image icons are controlled in the album template under Thumbnail Presentation and Large Image Presentation, respectively.
The ones in the add-to-cart pop-up and cart page are controlled in the page template that you've chosen in Cart Settings > Personalisation > Cart Template.
Edit that template and go to Typography > Forms > Buttons
That template controls the look of the cart. It should be set to one of the templates you're using for your site.
