I was most definitely criticizing GoDaddy. They're lousy.
My point, though, was that basic hosting should suffice for most of our users, and there's no need move up a rung (or two) if you're with a good host (i.e. not GoDaddy).

Everything is now posting; I had about 12 images in two galleries that wouldn't go up no matter what I did. It still times out. Evidently the cPanel plan is considered more basic or at least it's cheaper.
