Localization

My pictures are almost all with localisation. In the publisher, I choose to export only the copyright, not the GPS datas. Despite it, the localisation stays, and can be seen with a web browser. Why?

Re: Localization

Have you re-published since changing that setting? If you have done so, but still find the locations have stuck, then please provide a link to a gallery.

Re: Localization

Yes, I have the pictures re-published. Link:

Again, I selected "Copyright only" in TTG Publisher (Lightroom).

Re: Localization

I can see the issue now, thanks.  The Metadata pane of Publisher only pertains to the metadata set within the image files themselves.  Looking at your gallery I see that there is nothing but Copyright info within the images.

To prevent the map function from operating on those photos, edit the album in Lightroom, and deselect Enable Maps on the Features tab.

Re: Localization

The solution was in front of my nose, and I did not see it. Thanks a lot!
