When adding new photos to an already published to web site gallery

I'm not sure if this is a "Pages" or "Highslide" question, so maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

I have successfully "nested" Galleries within Galleries (Years, then by  Month(s)) ( http://www.kayakingphotography.com/ ) my question is this:

I have a "Misc" Gallery ( One for Each Year)  that I like to dump one off photos into and I am trying to figure out how to update without having to re-upload the entire set of photos.

thanks

Re: When adding new photos to an already published to web site gallery

Unless you're using TTG Publisher (which makes tasks like this incredibly easy), then you'll need to add the photos to the Misc gallery in Lightroom and export. You can probably then just re upload only the changed assets, which should be the index.php (or index.html) and mobile.php files and any images that have been added from both the photos/ and the thumbnails/ folder.
If things don't look quite right try uploading the rest of the assets (like the entire resources/ folder)

But when in doubt, upload the entire gallery folder.

As Rod says, this is the type of situation that TTG CE2 Publisher exists to solve. If you're looking at having to make a big export to replace existing galleries, then it's probably a good time to go ahead and get setup with the Publisher, to make it the last time you ever have to replace your galleries in full.
