TTG BE version

When reading the changelog for the Publisher 2.3.0 update, you'll find:

v2.3.0 ( 2015-06-10 )
   ...
Adds support for file permissions to be managed via the TTG BE Admin page (requires TTG BE 2.0.4 or higher)
   ...
All I can find in the downloads area is TTG BE 2.0.3 ! So is this a simple typo, a promise for the future or am I missing something here?
Anything I should be worried about?

Re: TTG BE version

TTG BE 2.0.4 may or may not see the light of day.  Most of the changes in it have been duplicated and added into the individual products.  For example, the info icons and support for Markdown on the view settings page.  The only change not available is that listed about file permissions, which is of benefit to very few users.  I can't recall the last time I advised anybody to set the hidden permissions variable that the new setting replaces.

My hesitation in updating TTG BE is that users sometimes skip the instructions and replace the entire ttg-be directory on the server, which causes a complete loss of all the cart, publisher and crg data found in ttg-be/data/.  One idea to help avoid this is to change the contents of the CE4-TTG-BE zip file from this:

readme.txt
ttg-be/admin
ttg-be/config.php
ttg-be/data
ttg-be/framework
ttg-be/index.php
ttg-be/templates

To this:

readme.txt
admin
config.php
data
framework
index.php
templates

That has the drawback of requiring that users installing TTG BE for the first time create a ttg-be directory.
