internal error when publisher is used on a subdomain

Hello,
I'm trying to setup a subdomain (ce4test.cyrichard.com) under the active cyrichard.com.
When I  modify an album or an album set in the publisher instance of the subdomain, I always get the same "internal error". No problem if I do the same with the domain.

Note that publisher seems to work even with this error except for the ability to choose a thumbnail (as I can see by now).

here is the error

Thanks

make sure you're using the latest version of Publisher. And also that you've logged into TTG-BE to complete the update.

This looks like the directory setup of your subdomain may not be what the publisher is expecting.  Can you email me the file Documents/ttg.log from your PC, using the Email link under my name?  That should reveal the full error.

I may need to ask you for FTP access to investigate further.

Re: internal error when publisher is used on a subdomain

The problem is solved.
Thanks Ben.

It was a file with a copyright sign in the file name inside the "custom_thumbnails" folder.

So, as often said. Never put special characters in file name ;-)
