Gallery & Auto-Index displaying unwanted path information

I'm rebuilding my site with CE4 Gallery, Auto-index and Publisher (www.chrishammondphotography.com)

All the pages (from both Gallery and Auto-Index) are displaying their tree location eg "Home>>India>>Kerela"

This doesn't show up on the Lightroom preview screens, and so far I haven't managed to find any reference to this feature anywhere.

How can I turn it off?

Turn off breadcrumbs in the album and album set create/edit dialog boxes under the features tab

In Lightroom you can preview breadcrumbs by enabling that feature on the Output Settings control pane. But the actual implementation is controlled by Publisher.
