A new order has been received "From" field

Hello - I'm probably missing something simple here

In my previous version of cart (ce2) the "From" field in new order emails had the customers email address. 
My CE4 cart is sending new order emails through to me with my own email address in this field.

How can I change this to the customers email address?

This was changed to prevent emails being picked up as spam. Many servers don't like sending out email from one domain pretending to be from another.
