Edit Album, Watermark to apply, "Managed by Lightroom", what does this mean? I am familiar with the export module watermark settings in LR's. Does it have something to do with this?

In the Publisher set up you can choose a Watermark.
This feature in Album setup simply overwrites what you've set in Publisher setup. This way you can apply a specific watermark to images in specific albums if you need to. Before this you needed to edit the Publisher settings first, then Publish the Album, then go back to Publisher settings and change your watermark back to your standard one.
