Message: Rendition file is empty

Hi have been using CE3 before and have decided for a number of reasons to start over again - and have my problems. The page is set-up with pages and the top level navigation seems to work as I want it to be.

But now my problem:
I have created and installed in /galleries an Autoindex Gallery called sydney - looks like this: galleries/sydney.
I have also created a Galleries template as well as an Autoindex template and installed in: .../ttg-be/templates/gallery/.
Both templates are shown in Publisher, but when I try to publish a gallery in /sydney I get the the error message:

         Unable to perform action: getSetupForTemplate
         Message: Renditions file is empty

I can't see my mistake here - any advice whatI need to do? Your help would be much appreciated.

If this helps, the link to my website is: http://www.fotowarkstee.de/index.php

Re: Message: Rendition file is empty

you say that you created both a gallery template and an autoindex template and placed them in the ttg-be/templates/gallery/ folder.
Autoindexes should be placed in the ttg-be/templates/autoindex/ folder

My guess is that you're trying to create an Album using a template that was made from Autoindex.
Remove the autoindex template from the ttg-be/templates/gallery/ folder. You should then have only one choice for a templae, which would be the one created with Gallery.

Re: Message: Rendition file is empty

Thanks Rod,
have done what you suggested and yes, the Autoindex Template disappears from the Publisher drop-down list. Have then created a new template from Galleries to be sure that I have the right template installed. The new template is then visible in Publisher, but the reaction remains the same ...

Re: Message: Rendition file is empty

Seems my problem is gone - I still have the CE3 Publisher(s) in Lightroom and I have tried to upload photos from there ... one should not be doing these things in the middle of the night. It is too late in Sydney, I'll go to bed now. But nevertheless, the dialogue has broken my lock-circle. Cheers mate.
