I am with a client right now trying to setup TTG plugins and after we purchased, Gallery|CRGallery|Publisher, received confirmation email of payment via paypal and the TTG confirmation email, we have yet to receive the download link for our product. Is there an issue going on with the service currently? Please help as the client is getting upset and annoyed

No issue. I need the name and/or email under which the order was placed so that I can find it and check its status. Did you check your spam filter?
