It is possible with CE3 to class our galleries other than alphabetically or by placing number before the name of the gallery to set an order?

I don't want to put date on my shooting session but for example i have a shoot on january with a Melissa in febuary with Catherine and on mars with Karen. I want to have the most resent shoot first
So
Galleries
Karen (1st since it was shoot last)
Catherine
Melissa (3rd since it was shoot first)

Damn and the list in the gallery drop list will be the gallery name or gallery folder name? only in the path we will see the number?

the drop down pulls from the gallery name label, not the folder name. You'll see the number in the URL window but that's all.
