I've never had this issue but I also do not know when the frames were placed there and why.
I will ask the provider while you may find out.

Hi Donald, I assumed that you wanted https://www.fotograafdonald.nl/ to show the contents of https://www.fotograafdonald.nl/2019/ without redirecting?
If that's not the case, then removing or renaming the index.html file at https://www.fotograafdonald.nl/ should fix it. Then index.php should function as a redirect and take users to https://www.fotograafdonald.nl/2019/

Clicking links are throwing mixed content errors:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.fotograafdonald.nl/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://www.makeamemory.nl/'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
Also, you should switch off that frameset stuff, or talk to your host about putting a stop to it. Backlight is not designed to be used with a frameset. No telling what problems may result.
