#76 Re: Backlight 2 Support » Search Album Template not working » 2019-06-16 15:21:19

Hello Rod,

Yep it has an album template applied, updated album files again, cleared all caches.....still the same.

Another quirk is that the Footer now appears at the top right and the Navigation has been floated to the left.

Also, I have just created a new Page template 'Page - Masonry - 1 Column' which was cloned from 'Page - Home - 2 Column - Masonry'

This 'Page - Masonry - 1 Column' is now behaving just like the Search page, i.e. the Footer now appears at the top right and the Navigation has been floated to the left. See example page below:

https://www.piktour.uk/galleries/golf/c … hips/2015/

The 'Page - Home - 2 Column - Masonry' template still works fine, used on my Home page, see below:

Good morning,

Since upgrading to Backlight2 my Search album template seems to be stuck on the setup I had with the previous Backlight.

Whatever album template I choose or however I change the Album Copy it just ignores it.

Is there something I missed with the upgrade specific to Search?

Thanks,

Neville

Good morning,

Just installed Backlight2......which was scarier than it should be if I'm honest.

Anyway, everything seems to work except my Galleries, I'm getting error message below:

Warning: require_once(./../backlight/framework/Framework.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/piktour/public_html/galleries/lib.php on line 48

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required './../backlight/framework/Framework.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/piktour/public_html/galleries/lib.php on line 48

Framework was not one of the directories your installation guide advised to save.

Should I copy it back into the backlight directory or is there a new one I should be using?

Thanks,

Neville

Good morning,

Our Search page has recently stopped showing correctly, see link below:

https://www.piktour.uk/backlight/search/

Our web hosts recently upgraded our site to https so this may be the reason but the rest of the site and the Lightroom connections are all working properly.

I've looked through all the settings and cannot find anything for 'Search' that seems to need changing.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Neville

#81 Re: Backlight Support » Publish Services missing after upgrading Lightroom 5 to Classic CC » 2019-05-15 18:46:55

I deleted the newly created catalog and re-imported from the old one again.

This time it worked OK. I guess because last time I installed TTG Publisher AFTER I imported the catalog.

Haven't had chance to check everything yet but it looks like it's all there.

Thanks.

When I opened the old Lightroom 5 catalog in Lightroom Classic CC it had to 'upgrade' it.....to allow it to work in the new version I guess.

After the upgrade the folder structure and photos's were all in place in the main part of Lightroom but it didn't copy/upgrade any of TTG Publisher.

Yes, since I downloaded it TTG Publisher is now showing in Publish Services but there is only one folder showing: Default Folder I think it was called (I'm in the office now so am not in front of the home PC where it is installed).

Hello Rod,

I perhaps naively thought that all my Publish Services would be pulled through with the catalog upgrade.

After that didn't work I did download and install the TTG Publisher but nothing much happened. I was floundering a bit after that so I thought I'd check on here that I was on the right track.

So once I get the new TTG Publisher to connect with the site it will pull the data from there will it?

Hello,

Just bought a new PC > Signed up for Lightroom Classic CC > Imported and Upgraded my old Lightroom 5 catalog.

So far so good, all photo's OK, however my TTG Backlight in Publish Services was not imported.

Does anyone know how I transfer it into my new Lightroom Classic CC?

Thanks,

Neville
