#26 Re: CE4 Gallery » Problem with Gallery » 2014-08-10 01:06:16

No difference!

Any suggestion what to do?

#27 Re: CE4 Gallery » Problem with Gallery » 2014-08-09 23:22:53

Hi Rod,

not on my computer. Please go to the deepest Level and press in each level several times refresh. I often do not see all Thumbnails, when I refresh, I am missing others, when refreshing again I get a corrupt Navigation container. I have the same problem on the iPad. Even deleting the cache and using another browser (firefox instead of Chrome) I get the same problem in the deepest gallery levels.
Seems to have to do with the Gallery, the AutoIndex and page seem to work better.

I have a real problem.
In Lightroom everything looks perfect. I updated the plugins and changed the banner picture. Now I have a problem with the gallery. I tried so many things now for two days, tried to go back, no difference.
I have no idea what happened to my page. It looks instable, the Galleries are not working anymore.
Need help!
Thanks!

Is there a possibility to change the display order of the autoindex folders? I changed them in Lightroom but the display order on the web is different.

#31 Re: CE4 Publisher » error after todays update » 2014-07-30 14:23:15

Yeah, that may be the reason, because in the past I had only to look after the gallery folder and there was no readme.txt in the update package. My fault.
Thanks, at least I know what went wrong.

Now I completely rebuilt the page.
Nevertheless would be interesting to find out what went wrong.

#33 Re: CE4 Publisher » error after todays update » 2014-07-30 00:58:11

didn´t delete something knowingly.
Maybe by the ttg-be update with Transmit the replacing deleted the database.
I have some older data. which files can be replaced without problem to get the max back, or is there a possibility to rebuild it?

When You look at:
http://www.art4u.photography/galleries.php

you will see four galleries and when you click on one of them you get an error:
Unable to find the file cart/./../../ttg-be/publisher/application/skeleton/.htaccess. Copy this from your downloaded Cart zip file into cart/./../../ttg-be/publisher/application/skeleton/ your server.

When open a blog entry I get the error message:
Unable to find the file cart/./../../ttg-be/publisher/application/skeleton/.htaccess. Copy this from your downloaded Cart zip file into cart/./../../ttg-be/publisher/application/skeleton/ your server.

When trying to open the TTG-be admin I get the following error:
Unable to find the file cart/application/skeleton/.htaccess. Copy this from your downloaded Cart zip file into cart/application/skeleton/ your server.

Looks like all directories are wrong now. I don´t know what else to do!?

Looking for help!

Sorry, as with the galleries I have now also a problem with the publisher.

In the galleries I get the error:
{"status":"error","message":"The album could not be found."}

In the publisher (double click on one of the galleries)I get the message:
Unable to perform action: getThumbnails
Message: album not found

what can I do, the albums are still there, on the computer as also on the web.

#37 CE4 Pages » direct upload problem » 2014-07-26 18:55:17

I have several LR-plugins for my homepage (pages, gallery, publisher, stage, wordpress, autoindex). It looks like there is a problem with the different upload directories. It looks like whenever I adjust the folder directory in the upload section then it changes all paths in the other modules.

#38 Re: CE4 Publisher » Error in webpage » 2014-07-26 02:25:10

Hello Matthew,
activated the phplugins.php, entered the following into the file:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1140px) { /* set max-width as width of masthead graphic */

    .masthead .mantle {
        float: left;
        height: 0;
        overflow: visible;
        padding: 0;
        padding-bottom: 20%; /* our height percentage, calculated by our ratio in Step 2 */
        position: relative;
        width: 100%;
        }

    .masthead .core {
        height: 100%;
        position: absolute; left: 0; top: 0;
        width: 100%;
        }

    .masthead h1 {
        background-position: center center;
        background-size: cover;
        height: 100% !important;
        }

    } /* max-width: 1140px */

But   no change, it still resizes the banner (its aligned left) and gives me the white border on top and on bottom of the banner. Looks like I did something wrong!

Is it possible that the banner stays at the same size when I change the width of the browswer or at the ipad?

Yes, I had this before, but then I have the problem when shrinking the page (for ipad and iphone) the banner gets smaller and I get a white area below and above the banner. I would like to have it allways the same size, left top aligned. Is this possible, as I had it with the CE3?

Hi,
I have some problems after the migration of my page from CE3 to CE4:
http://www.art4u.photography

1.)opening in my homepage the Gallerien and a subpage I get an error message you can see on top of the page.

2.) I was not able to find in the AutoIndex parameters in LR5 the possibility to get for the first Gallerien-page also rounded borders like in CE3, only edged one, how can I get them rounded?

3.) When reducing the width of the browser window the the Identity plate gets smaller which is wanted but the negative thing is that I can see a white boarder on top of the plate.

Thank You very much for helping.
