#26 Re: Backlight Support » Unable to translate "Yes" in the confirmation mail » 2017-09-24 19:02:01

I did the change and it worked as requested which is indeed "ja" and "nej" (although I can't picture the scenario where you would get a "No" in the e-mail since it is a mandatory checkbox)

I am utterly impressed by the speed and accuracy of your response as well with the clarity of the instruction

Thanx a million

Worked like a charm!! Thank you for the rapid reply!

It is the only one I have seen so far. I will try the work around

My final question today:)

I have five size options when you order a print. In the 'Edit Product' window they were added in the order I want them to be displayed and when I open the edit page now they are still in the the same order. When I use them to add a picture to the cart they are displayed in the order 2-3-4-5-1.

why? How do I fix this?

I have a problem with my cart buttons. I want to have my own text on the Paypal button which gives me four buttons. The problem is that they don't all fit on one row and the first and fourth button are so close to (on top of) each other that they look as one. Is it possible to modify the width to have them all on one row? and if so how do I go about it?

Thanx Ben.

I forgot that I also asked about the "Yes" in the e-mail issue. It now has a separate post.... roll

When the customer gets the confirmation mail it states that "I agree to the trems and conditions" followed by "Yes". The first part is translated but I cannot find where to translate the "Yes".

Hi guys,

I am in the middle of setting up my page and there are a few things I haven't found yet. I will use separate posts for my questions.

In the download page the expiry date format is in the default format "October 15 2017 2:53pm".

In Backlight Settings, Advanced Settings, I found 'Timezone' which I thought would solve the issue. I changed it to "Europe/Stockholm" but I still have the same format on the download page

Hi Ben,

I encountered the same issue and I am just posting this to ensure that the fix is still in the loop and haven't been forgotten smile

The workaround works just fine.

I found a similiar issue with the "Terms and conditions checkbox". You can translate the question but in the confirmation mail sent to the customer it states "Yes", as in "yes I understand...". In I cannot see where I change that.

#37 Re: CE4 Cart » Fatal error while installing cart » 2017-04-18 03:17:22

OK. My bad. Is there any hope of getting support for the CE3 cart installation? What do I get if I scrap CE3 and spend $235 on Backlight with cart and client galleries

Two years ago I bought CE3 but for various reasons I did not have the chance to install it untill this winter when the support had expired. But I guess the CE4 installation is more or less the same

While running the cart installation, http://ce3wiki.theturninggate.net/doku. … stallation , I get the following error message:
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '../framework/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lsws/lsphp56/share/pear/') in /hsphere/local/home/peterbq/nya.basebollfoto.se/cart/index.php on line 21
