Hi,

Currently when you place a digital order trough my webshop it seems that there is no "View Cart" box is appearing.
For example try to put a photo in the cart : http://www.circuitpics.nl/webshop/galle … 2016/rood/

The last thing I changed was changing the folder on my ftp from /shop to /webshop including changing the URL in backlight and lightroom publisher.

Everything looks okay now. Links are working.
Only thing not working right now is the cart. As soon as I want to drop a product in the cart there is no popup for the cart.

Try for example add something from http://www.circuitpics.nl/webshop/galle … 2016/rood/

Webshop is gone indeed so can change the path only then. Should be enough to change name in LR also?

Yes it is. Curruntly it resides @ circuitpics.nl/shop (old CE3 was located in /webshop)

Hi, since i am now running backlight I need to close down my ce3 shop. Can you advice which what and where i need clean up so no traces are left behind on ce3?

Yes as the person who is ordering that person will receive a copy.

But me as the person who will receive the orders I am getting 2 emails. One as the order itself and the other one as the email that is the order confirmation that the customer gets

Hi,

as soon as I place an order trough my webshop www.circuitpics.nl/shop the confirmation email is not only send to the requester but I also receive a copy of it on the email account where the order is placed.

Another question is how to enabled the thumbnails in the email confirmation and email order.

Hi!

I know it was not possible back in CE3/CE4 but I have to ask again. Is it now possible in backlight to adjust the "_" in the ordernumber? (in cart orders)

For now it looks simulair like this: 201701091529_24164
It would be great to be able to change like 201701091529 24164 or even 20170109152924164

I dont know why but received an error today on my shop. I succesfully uploaded new albums yesterday

Hi Ben, seems to be working now on "MAIL" option. Can not get SMTP to work but that is allright.
The host I am on is www.one.com

I get incomming orders now. Though no thumbs are supplied

Hi,

I can not seem to get the e-mail working. I have tried both settings. Mail and SMTP where Mail was the option I used in CE3 cart but then I could provide SMTP details. Now when I click mail all is greyed out? And when I use SMTP option I can fill all in but then it still does not work.

Received a CE4 migration optin to get CE3 to CE4 first and then migrate. I am just building from scratch. Takes some time to upload everything but Ill be fine smile
Got high upload speed, just have to recreate albums on the Publisher. But that is also my chance to change some things wink

Right awesomeness! I think this is a pure example where Backlight stands out!

LOL! I thought you fixed it. Might be due to caching issues? I had moved the folders into a _foldername so seems to be OK!

Hi, just updated to Release 2.

I followed the guide and "renamed" just in case the old module folders

  * backlight/modules/okapi-core/ to .old
  * backlight/modules/standard-page/ to .old

The message I receive is:


Backlight
Something went wrong
Unable to find file at /backlight/modules/standard-page.old/StandardPage.oldEngine.php.

Have you removed the standard-page.old module? If so, either copy the module back, or change the template used by this album. in EngineFactory.php on line 319

True. I am using a large screen 5,7" Windows phone. Usually you hold a phone in portrait mode.... Looks okay in landscape here aswell... So bugged or? Maybe Matt can reply on this or?

Hiya,

as soon as I put something in my cart from example this album http://www.circuitpics.nl/shop/gallerie … 2016/rood/ and continue to check out on mobile layout or devices it does not go 100% responsive. I see it tries to narrow the screen and the thumb is becomming smaller but on my mobile device it just doesnt fit well

Could ya have look?

Is there btw a reason that the cart pre checkout page is not responsive enough? Does not look very well on mobile devices does it?

But if I want more code in it like exposure, focuslength etc the cell becomes a bit too large imho.
