When working on the test site I can [still] upload an image for the masthead and can [still] add new menu sets.

Everything [apart from the galleries folder] has been put into the main site [again]. I find that on the main site I cannot upload new images [I did manage to delete one] nor can I add menue sets.

I've checked and the correct template is applied to all pages. I've also done and checked everything else I've found on the forum.

So yet again I am asking for your help, please.

And what is the 'identifier' when creating a new page, please?

I've taken the plunge and bought Backlight + Pages package.

I've created my first test album. So far so good.

At the 'creating pages' stage the instructions are 'In the Backlight menu, select Designer ⇒ Pages '. The trouble is, in 'Designer' there is no 'Pages'.

Presumably I'm supposed to be doing this via FTP on the server.

I've checked the WinZip folder [Backlight-Pages-123-Release4.zip, 3399 KB] and there is no mention of 'pages' anywhere.

As it is usually me who has missed something, what am I doing wrong, please?

1. I cannot get my watermark to appear on my images.

Windows 10; CE4 up-to-date.

I've searched and searched to no avail for an answer to this.

Watermark:
- Shows when in WEB mode;
- Does not show in LIBRARY mode;
- Does not show on internet album.

Set up is as follows:

LIBRARY:

Publisher settings:
- Push metadata unchecked;
- Watermarking checked and points to correct one in dropdown list.

Album settings:
- nothing to do with watermark.

WEB:
Output Settings:
- Watermarking checked and points to correct one in dropdown list.

Appearance:
- Watermarking checked and points to correct one in dropdown list.

Photos/albums have been republished.

Correct template is being used [and is correct on server].

2. Because my webhost [Easyspace] says it will not increase php.ini above 16M, they recommend that I use FTP to republish 1000 photos. FTP is not a problem, but where do I find the necessary folders & files on my PC, please?

I hope I'm in the right section and am not wasting your time if this has already been solved [I cannot find anything by searching].

I have amended my templates. They are saved on my PC.

To upload I have to enter my username and password. I presume these are my FTP ones [in desperation I've tried my TTG ones].

Halfway through the upoad process [at the 'building web photo gallery' stage] the message 'an error occurred uploading the file: connection to the server failed' appears.

I 'upgraded' [!] to Windows 10 last week. A coincidence??

Any suggestions, please?

Everything has been working perfectly for months now. However...

I recently replaced my Canon 5D with a 5D3: 12 MP to 25 MP.

Today is the first time I've used Publisher with new photo files.

I have 125 to upload - no problems previously. It stopped after 37 with:

Steps taken since then [one at a time]:
- restarted L/r;
- restarted PC;
- deleted old directory from server & created a new, different named one;
Won't upoad at all now, same message. To continue:
- Output Settings -> Image Renditions -> JPG quality 70% to 60%;
- Image Download For Sale -> WxH 2000 x 2000 to 1200 x 1200;
- Image Download For Sale -> JPG Quality 80% to 70%.

People will be looking to buy on Monday.

Suggestions, please?
