Matthew: ok, I received only one email discount code for BL2+PAGES. Am I correct assuming I will receive 2 more email discount codes: one for Galleria and one for Theater (which I haven't received)?
I have BL1+PAGES (-$35), CLIENT RESPONSE (-$0), THEATER (-25), GALLERIA (-$25). These are the discounts I have found for current BL1 users (which I am).
When I add these items to my cart I see -$35 discount (using emailed code) but not free upgrades to Theater and Galleria as advertised on BL2 Website:
"The Galleria and Theater Add-ons are available to all existing customers at no additional cost, regardless of original purchase date."
Question: how to get -$50 Theatre+Galleria discount reflected in my cart before paying?

Steps that led to the ghost:

-- Deleted Album in Lightroom, it vanished from Lightroom but remained on in server Album,
-- logged on to server and physically deleted Video/Theater/WWII-Air-Campaign/WWII Air War in HD,
-- Ghost still remains,
-- re-created the album in Lightroom only to create a dup of Video/Theater/WWII-Air-Campaign/WWII Air War in HD on server,
How can I remove the Ghost?
Daniel, Thanks for taking a much needed 2nd look! Initially, when I browsing showcase sites prior to purchase, I thought the base background would remain static and the content layer would scroll over it. You're right, each menu change reloads everything.
I'm using one template (dark starter) for all background consistency. Yes, it has a large image with a microbial mat overlay at 55% Opacity. I can try resizing smaller but I tried this early on and was unsatisfied with the look on desktop. I'm basically using 4 templates: base, album, album set and landing. I didn't think base wouid be reloading so I have no clue how to fix this or cache it. Suggestions are most welcomed

I copied phplugins-pangolin-sample.php to Myphplugins.php, didn't modify any of the included functions and added to bottom of existing code from http://community.theturninggate.net/vie … hp?id=8430. I did not see "DELETE THIS LINE*/" terminator. I did not remove anything.
FYI: I don't claim to be a php coder but more a "hack in the rough". Right now I'm clueless.
I am having the same issues and tried the solutions in this breadcrumb post. My url format setting is /?page=about and the page_match=/?page=about. The breadcrumb additions are on my test site, http://ttg-test.tomswarbirds.com. My custom php file is Myphplugins.php and is selected on my page advanced features. Can you help or tell what's wrong?

We went airborne on 03.25.2018 (see our blog) with minimal installation problems, some asset conversions and deployment! We decided to launch early because of great forum support response time and low learning curve of the Bacblight product.
There are still a few issues to address but not show stoppers. We also have more content to post but the heavy hitter items are up. .
How do we feel about Backlight? Delighted, to say the least! The biggest reasons we switched from piwigo and our hand crafted front end portal was maintenance, attractiveness, need to modernize, ability to use our Adobe LightroomCC to manage the imagery and the responsive site design (a component lacking in the previous site). We are not new to TTG ie we had alot of experience with CE4 in LightroomCC minus the publisher.
Our audience consists not only of photographers but folks (and students) interested in various aspects of WWII with focus on the air war and the warbirds still flying today.
We hope you find this post informative concerning the Backlight software product and how and why we use it.
Yes! that did it! I did a file compare against the 02.22.2018 and today's download and there were diffs. My test site is updated and the mobile is AOK!

Rod, I purchased on 02.12.2018. I did not get any post upgrade notifications and I don't know if I have Release 4. How do I check for that? I went to my customer download area and did not see anything additional from Feb download.
I am using the latest version, 1.2.3
I have 2 sub-galleries (under galleries dir)

Each of these has it's own LightroomCC .lrcat database
Desktop for both is OK and at the galleries level the sizes are ok. Go down one-level on Classic-Cars and the problem starts:
When going to mobile (2 thumbnails wide at approx 414px width) Airshows/{albums} is OK but Classic-Cars/{Albums} does not size correctly and does not fit 2 thumbnails in the 414px width. I'm using the same templates on both databases.
What am I doing wrong or what's going on?

I read several related problem posts but have not found a solution to my problem (album naming convention: YYYY-MMDD Album Title name). I need my latest albums at the Top of the hierarchy. I've done sorts by album title, then slug on each album and lightroomCC TTG Publisher does not allow a re-drag to custom sort. The album stack remains unchanged from the url above. What am I doing wrong or what can I do to correct this?

I ended up deleting the album requiring the special watermark, re-creating it in LrCC, Publishing it to server and it is OK now. The other 2 albums using my watermark are also OK.
So, the settings in my case are:
-- Publisher: Setup is Check "Watermark" and select the global watermark (my logo)
-- Publisher: Album Edit --> Features --> select albums needing different Watermarks --> select that Watermark then Publish albums.
-- To change to another Watermark same as above (in Album Edit) but select your Watermark and Publish those albums
-- Logon to Baclikght admin and Clear Template Cache (I also clear cache on my Firefox browser)
-- Goto your Galleries images and see if the Watermarks are different. In my case one album has the different logo.
It's alittle bit awkward but understandable.

Still having problems with Item (1). This item is checked (make sure that neither "Publish thumbnails without updating other renditions" or "Push metadata without updating existing photos" are checked) and I did republish all. Question: in publisher setup should the Watermarks item be checked and selected? Mine is not

(1) Album specific Watermarking.
(a) Tried unchecking Publisher setup Watermarking box, then went to Publisher Album edit --> Features --> Watermark to apply and selected the appropriate required Watermark for each album. Result: my Watermark was applied on all album images.
(b) Tried Checking Publisher setup Watermarking box and selected my Watermark, then went to Publisher Album edit --> Features --> Watermark to apply and selected the appropriate required Watermark for each album. Result: my Watermark was applied on all album images.
(2) Map Check box is greyed out. 2 of the 3 test albums have GPS coordinates as part of image metadata. I see no greyed out Map icon on my image pages. Can you forward any info on how this works? I have CE4 and this really works nice for me (example CE4 Gallery http://tomswarbirds.com/wlrm/airshows/W … _NC.2017/)

That did the trick. I changed the server php version back to 7.1 (from 7.2) and made the file mods suggested (in your link) fixing the problem.
