Hi Ben, problem solved, thanks for your support. Tech support from my hosting company enabled the exif module.
Just curious, since I didn't have this problem before: is this because of the update of BL2 or is it something that went wrong on the server side of my website?
A copy straight from the log:
Plug-in error log for plug-in at: /Volumes/Lightroom Catalog/Lightroom Settings/Publisher Templates/TTG-Publisher.lrplugin
**** Error 1
This plug-in’s post-processing task did not finish successfully.

Hi Rod and Ben, thanks for your replies. Before posting this ticket I did a double check within BL2 modules and LR. Everything is set to Publisher 4.0.7 . I ran these updates after the previous versions gave me the same problems.
I saved my log file from LR Publisher plugin, so if it helps I can send it to you.
Last week I ran an update for all BL2 modules and copied the new plugin for Lightroom to the proper directory.
Despite these actions the uploads to my website won't function anymore. I receive a load of errors within Lightroom, upon publishing or updating an album. Creating an album is fine, it is visible on my website, but I'm stuck with errorts when uploading the images.
Log file: JSON.lua.458: JSON.lua:197: can't parse JSON at char 1 of... etcetera.
I tried different actions from within BL2, but nothing solves the problem. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks for your reply! It brought me to a solution.
In this case I had two images, in which one of them was a panorama, stitched within LR. The other image was part of that panorama. Although I renamed both images (at least the sequence), Publisher kept giving me this error.
Workaround that solved the problem: I brought the panorama to Photoshop en saved it as .psd, with an other file number. That did the job to get both images uploaded!
Hi Guys @ TG,
Every now and then I receive an internal error within Lightroom CC, when uploading images to my online gallery:
An internal error has occurred.
recordPublishdPhotoUrl: must be called after recordPublishedPhotoId
In that case one of my images won't publish, while I can't see anything strange in imagedata of that specific image.
Do you have a general suggestion what could be causing this error?
As always: thanks for you prompt reply Rod. I added the code to my css and that's doing the job.
I really should learn more about css...
On my website at the galleries page, http://jeanpaulwagemakers.nl/Portfolio/ , I have some album sets displays. Because of the description I added to the album sets in the Publisher Module within Lightroom, this description is also visible at my galleries page.
I don't really like that. Is there an other solution than just deleting the description within Lightroom for showing album sets with only a title??
And if the answer is no, would deleting the description do any harm to metadata on my website and search searchability?
I did clear the template cache (another time) but still no success. Removing an item is no problem and reordering works like it supposed to do. Only adding an item is nog working.
Removing files and directories like with an update is not giving a solution either.
Thanks for your reply Mark. This is exactly the way I did it before and how it should work. Clicking "Add" doesn't add a new menu item. Neither adding a sub menu item to an existing "parent" item is working. Strange...
I finally made the jump to Backlight and I like it. Great job!
For me, still some work in progress. On my website http://jeanpaulwagemakers.nl I already have one wordpress install on http://www.jeanpaulwagemakers.nl/wadm/k … n-de-muur/ . For my blog I made a second one manually on http://www.jeanpaulwagemakers.nl/blog/ .
I would like to ad this last one to my menu, but now I'm not able to add any item to my menu set in Backlight anymore. I can't find any solutions for this problem. Do you have any advice?
And there it is! Great help Rod, without that I would not have found the solution. Thanks!
Off topic... I hope to see this kind of homepage galleries in Backlight soon ;-)
Thanks for your swift reply Rod. I looked into this and just deleted the quotation marks. Still no luck :-(
I am currently working on a update for my website jeanpaulwagemakers.nl
I used to have a galleria album on my homepage, based on a template that I created in Stage. It worked like a charm before, but now it is driving me crazy.
Went over it more than a few times, followed the directions in the documentation and searched in this community more than once. But still no result.
I have my template (JPWF_CE4_StageHomePage) at location:
http://jeanpaulwagemakers.nl/ttg-be/tem … geHomePage
Published an album to http://jeanpaulwagemakers.nl/galleries/pages-gallery/
All I I get at my homepage is an empty album. It looks like homepage is "calling" the stage template, but not filling it with the published images.
I can't figure out what is going wrong, so your help would be a great relieve! Thanks!!
Contacted my hosting company and they solved the issue. Thanks for your advice!
Just testing Backlight on http://backlight.knipoognaaranaloog.nl/ and having this red box on my screen: Unexpected error: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525/imagick.so' - libMagickWand.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
I cannot figure out what is going wrong. Any advise on this?
Thanks for your prompt reply Rod! I would not have found that solution by myself.
I used my pages based design from my website http://jeanpaulwagemakers.nl to make this new one. That's where things went wrong.
I am working on a new website on http://helemaalbreda.nl with a wordpress blog as my homepage. For this I am following the steps written in your documentation on http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku.php?id=ce4_102
I keep running in the problem with auto index not picking up the design that I made for it in Lightroom. A thing I didn't face before in creating my core website. This is what I get when I target my galleries page: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tvd0sepwp1j4q … 2.png?dl=0
I went back and forward, but can't figure out what is going wrong here. Maybe you can help me out?
If I wish that my blog should be the main entrance to my site, the blog itself would/should be my homepage. With that: problem solved!
