Thanks Rod - you're a life saver! I'm not a super techie sort and would NEVER have figured that out. I managed to find where to activate the ZIP extension and it worked! I guess I hadn't done an update since I changed hosts. Thanks again. Now I can upgrade to BL3!

I logged into Backlight2 and saw there were some updates available, so I clicked Update All and got this message:
“The module was not installed: Class not found: ZipArchive. To fix this, reinstall Backlight at /backlight/installer. If the problem persists, please report error at http://community.theturninggate.net/vie … php?id=44”
I don’t understand what “reinstall Backlight at /backlight/installer” means exactly. Could someone please walk me through this. I moved my site to a new host in March, but that all seemed to have gone smoothly and I think I might have done an update since moving, so this has me baffled.
Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can get through this and update to Backlight 3.
