Hi,
I recently set up the cart feature on the gallery, and I'm having trouble getting the email to work. When I test it out, I receive a conformation email as the customer, but I don't receive an email letting me know an order has been placed. I'm not sure if I need to set it up a specific way, or with a specific email? I see that a personalization section and an email configuration section... do those emails all need to match up?
