I don't think so. I had deleted the publisher service in the publish service manager in order to activate in new. This way, I think it could be normal that the linked albums are also deleted. I should have thought about that before deleting it.

OK, they seem to be gone. This seem to be the sign which show me that I should update all my galleries. Some weeks ago, I thought I should do this in the next months. And now it's time to start with this task. Anyway, thank you for your support :-)

Oh damn, I have installed the publish service new and all my albums are gone. Is there a way to get them back?
At least I may have found the problem for the initial problem. The URL had an address with http instead of https. Now it is at least possible to get an successful authentication

I have already updated to Pangolin and everything was working. This problem seems to be a different thing. I have checked which template was chosen in LR and got again a error infirmation. I'm even not able to chose a template in LR. For me it seems to be an issue with LR. The website www.trustpage.de is running without problems

When I try to update the galleries as well as when I try to check the authentication in LR Classic CC 8.2 I get a message with the following content:

Unable to perform action: "checkAuth"  or "getSetupforTemplate"
The page sent an action that was not available.

I have updated the backlight modules as well as I have changed the API Code in Backlight as well as in Lightroom but the problem still exists.

I don't have any idea what the problem could be.

Any suggestions?

Thank you very much. I've created new sites using Pangolin Pages and now it works.

Unfortunately this does not help. I've cleared everything but there is not notice. I've also tried it with other web browsers and even with other devices.

I'm struggeling with the setup of the cookie acceptance notice which is needed in Germany.
I have enabled it in the backlight settings and I also set it up in the language section.

Unfortunately no notice is displayed. Is there anything else that needs to be done that it works?

Greetings from Germany
Wolfgang

I'm glad to show you my website, created with Backlight

www.trustpage.de

As I like showing new images very quickly, I love the easy way of publishing them with backlight.
