Hi Ben Hi Daniel, thanks for your replies. I have now replaced the index.php with the index.php from the backlignt update, but nothing has changed online, the website is still down.

I can't complete them as I cant get into/Backlight. I get a :

403 Forbidden

Oh dear its getting worse! 

I tried to update to backlight 1.2.3 and followed the instructions pasted at the bottom of this message, now i get a 403 message at http://www.main-perspektive.com/backlight/admin/

I also update the plugin now on lightroom plugin manager and have a 'may not be working' message and if i try to update a gallery i get a popup window  ' cant update this colection -unable to perform action: get setupFor Template. -Message SQLSTATE(HY000): gerneral error 1 no such column: pr. show-breadcrumb-for-children in PdoExtended.php on line 524'

Two things failed to copy over backlight/admin/index.php and /htaccess_disabled

What I did:

1. Remove and re-upload the following files and directories:

backlight/admin/
backlight/designer/
backlight/framework/
backlight/publisher/

backlight/modules/module-pages/
backlight/modules/okapi-core/
backlight/modules/pangolin-album/
backlight/modules/pangolin-album-set/
backlight/modules/pangolin-core/
backlight/modules/pangolin-page/

TTG-Publisher.lrplugin

Hello Rob, thanks , there is a folder backlight/client-response but it only contains index.php. In lightrooms plugin manager the ttg-publisher plugin is 3.0.4

Hello community,
When opening a client response gallery I am getting the  error ''. The client response module is currently unavailable
Please contact the site owner for further assistance.'' and that would be me and i am none the wiser sad

It is on my website that I am in the process of setting up for non-wedding images www.main-perspektive.com. The client response gallery comes up on the website but then the error appears and the images are not selectable.

I checked the site in filezilla and at the address : -
/public_html/backlight/modules/module-client-response - there is the following folders  .., admin, application, config, lib, .htaccess_disabled, index.php and module.xml . Is anything missing?

Would appreciate ideas. Cheers

Hello community,
I am getting the same error, in a different situation. The full error is 'Client response is unavailable, please contact site owner for further assistance'. We that would be me and i am none the wiser .The client response gallery comes up on the website but then the error appears and the images are not selectable. Any ideas.

Hello Backlighters

I am hoping some one can help on the following: Upon wanting to remove a gallery from my website (www.mainundmain.com) From the two options I clicked 'remove from service' instead of 'delete' - thinking this meant it would remove the album from my website but leave the option to republish from lightroom. doh - wrong.  It has removed it from lightroom but left it on my website.

I still need to delete the album but now Lightroom no longer has access so how do I do this? i tried to recreate the album by using the same name but this just adds a second album to my website with the same name.

Any one else had this issue and figured it out?

Thoughts much appreciated.

Thanks for your response. Defloating the UI did the trick. The <big> was the easiest way i found to enlarge fonts, as  i found the crg helpbox text too small... guess I need to work on some CSS skills.

Hello All
I have CRG is installed, and working with the one issue that there is no Response option, (the little envelope in the upper right corner, the one that puts the R in CRG ) I am guessing I have over looked something obvious, but....
It looks like this:

Similar but different problem, I cant find the templates link!

Under backlight on the drop down menu I only have : settings, publisher, visit site Docu.. , Store. There is no 'templates' link to click on. And on the page itself is : backlight settings, manage users. Special links: view phpinfo, list phpmodules, phplite admin.

Should i be looking somewhere else?

I have backlight 1.0.4

I have uploaded 'module-theater' to backlights/modules on my server. However when i go to create template under 'Type' i do not have a drop down menu only 'Backlight Standard Page', as described below in 'Theater Add-on Basics'. Thoughts would be appreciated.


To install the Theater add-on:

    Copy the downloaded /backlight/modules/module-theater folder into /backlight/modules on your server.

    In Backlight's menu, go Designer ⇒ Templates.
    Scroll down to the Album Templates list, and click “Create New Template”.
    Name the template, and for Type choose “Backlight Theater”; click “Add”.

So is ce4  client response also irrelevant, as in Backlight client response is completely new and needs to be 're'purchased?
