Thanks for the reply, Rod. I had the code tweaked a bit on the Contact page and now it works fine and apparently doesn't need the TTG BE files. I am running it without the contact form.
David
I am trying to move my new site based on TTG Pages to a different hosting company. It works fine on the current host. When I try to go to the url for the Admin page per the instructions in the Documentation section here, I just get a long plain text gibberish error message sort of thing.
I am wondering because I am using a temporary test subdomain set up with the new host with an odd structure because the DNS server isn't pointing my permanent URL to it yet. (I hope I am using the correct nomenclature.)
The URL is in the format: http://mydomain.pairsite.com/ttg-be/admin/ (Pair.com is the hosting company.)
Any suggestions? (BTW, I tried to look at the FAQs here for known TTG BE issues but the page is down.)
Thanks,
David
Maybe I'll try that, Rod. Thanks for the help.
In the meantime, right now I am trying a simple HTML page with simple links on it. I've never really liked filling out contact forms myself anyway, but maybe that's just me.

Thanks for the reply, Rod. The instruction page for phpplugins is very intimidating, and probably not something I want to tackle. That's the reason why I'm using a template for my website! I thought it was supposed to be simple.
I may just have a web guy do a quick contact page in the same style as the rest of my site, and be done with it.
David
I want to do this same thing.
Can you tell me where to put the code? Do I have to do it in the actual source, or is there a way the template installs it in the right place?
Thanks,
David
Well, that explains it!
I saw in my list of plugins: TTG Pages CE 4.1.5 and grabbed it, assuming that meant it was CE4. I have since found the correct one and will start over with that.
Thanks!
David
OK. I tried it direct FTP, and got the same result. It is here:

I have only worked on the home page so far, and just the basic layout.
Let me know if you see anything odd.
Thanks!
David
Thanks for the reply, Rod
I just uploaded it using the Upload button in the Web module, as I have always uploaded from LR in the past. I put it in a test Subfolder.
I assumed the site structure would be intact. Do I need to upload things manually?
David
I have been using TTG plug-ins on and off for many years, and want to start using Pages again. I just bought Pages CE4.
This is my first time trying to make responsive pages that will look good on mobile devices.
I started with the home page, changing some of the basic design elements, and uploaded it. When viewing it on my iPhone, it just looks the same as it would on my full-size screen, but just shrunk down. There is also no cool little navigation pull-down or anything.
I'm guessing I forgot to click something on the control, or install some additional necessary plug-in, or something.
Any help to steer me in the right direction?
Thanks!
David
