Update: the first 2 email client adresses did receive (just now) a confirmation. So its working perfectly now : - ) thanks!! lol
Update: tried a different client email and thisone does receive a confirmation email!
could you guys try with some emails to see if you're receiving a confirmation?

Update: just tried the 'mail'setting for one.com and I'm getting an email in my box! : - )
Though the client does not seem to receive any confirmation email.

I did not try the 'mail' one because all 3 are using smtp settings according to the hosts. Should i try anyway?

Ive bumped upon the infamous: 'Something Went Wrong - Please try again later, or contact the photographer if this problem persists.' error when trying to send a selection through this first testpage:

I tried to connect with 3 different emailadresses/hosts:
1) gmail.com
2) one.com (on which my website is hosten)
3) ntchosting.com
All 3 are using SMTP.
Using FTP, I uploaded the TTG-BE files (unzipped) to the root of my server.
I then uploaded the CRG folder and proceeded to upload it INTO the TTG-BE folder.
Logged on and changed the passwords successfully.
I then used lightroom to create my first gallery using CE4 client response gallery.
I updated all my company details and email addresses and SMTP (gmail) under TTG BE Settings, and even redid the password to ensure I typed it correctly.
Lastly, I removed some the fields I do not need under the client fields - such as the second comment box.
I can successfully browse to that gallery in my browser and make selections, add comments etc. However, upon clicking on the envelope (Submit Feedback) button, an error comes up saying: "Something Went Wrong" "Please try again later, or contact the photographer if this problem persists."
=> when I then refresh the gallery page it says, You are currently not logged in.
=> when I then refresh again I get the same messagebox saying 'Your feedback has been submitted, Thank you for your feedback. We will be in touch shortly..
Though I never received anything on any of the used adresses (also not on the ones I used as custumor).
HELP !!! It cannot be that bluehost is the only option here I hope?
