#1 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Password protected - Hi-res download? » 2016-03-01 08:27:01

Hi Rod,
Thanks for the response.
Yes, I would like to email the client a link and they can take it from there.

When I do a test from Safari web browser it will start the download but then if I check progress it says decompression failed?
I did a test from Google Chrome and it just gave me an error page without any download initiation.
If the file size was under lets say 200MB or so then

Has anyone tried using the (CE4 Client Response Gallery) as a password protected Hi-Res delivery option?
I would like to send my clients a one-click .zip package download instead of them having to download individual images
at a time.
I was able to get the link to work for the zip package the the issue I'm having is the PHP is somehow stalling
or interfering with the download process. I think it has something to do with the file size being too large. My test was with a .zip file at around 900MB.

Appreciate any help!
Dan

#3 CE4 Client Response Gallery » CE4-Backend not working with Aphotofolio Website » 2015-08-04 09:17:45

I've recently installed CE4 plugin and using Lightroom CC. Plugin works fine.
I'm having issues accessing the CE4 backend admin to setup my account? I have contacted my website provider Aphotofolio
and they do not allow PHP to be uploaded since it can contain malicious code?
I have access to my website backend but it is restricted to a files folder. I cannot access the main settings to my website backend.
ie" http://mywebsitename.com/files/

I tried http://mywebsitename.com/files/ttg-be/admin/ and could not access the TTG-BackEnd?

Would really appreciate any help on this!
Thanks, Dan
