sometimes my gallery works fine some times not
I can't see way

I'm unable to use circle, pencil, i can enlarge image but can't close it

No I can't. Maybe try using the same logout code that's used in the albums: "?a=logout"

That's the same button in all my templates (salir "?a=logout"). I use this code, but there, don't result.

this page is an exported and uploaded autoindex. The password protection is controlled by the Autoindex plug-in.
neither the page nor the login managed by Publisher

So, i only can create one psw? like admin and guest? in autoindex plugin?

If I understand what you're trying to say, you're not able to log out of a Client Response Gallery managed CRG album. Are you logged out of TTG-BE while you're testing this?

Try logging into a CRG in a different browser (don't log into ttg-be though) and see if there's a difference.

Lets take step by step, please.

Clients may access their assigned galleries in either of two ways:
By visiting a managed CRG gallery, the client will be prompted to log in. After logging in, the client will be redirected to the gallery.
By visiting /ttg-be/crg/ on your server. After logging in, the client will be presented a list of galleries to which they have been assigned access. In the case that only one gallery has been assigned, the client will be redirected directly to that gallery.

Taking advantage of the latter case, you may wish to create a “Clients” menu item in your site navigation, targeting yourdomain.com/ttg-be/crg/.

Client-managed galleries offer the full suite of CRG functionality.

Galleries are always password protected.
Galleries may be paginated.
Gallery feedback is saved in real-time. The client may log out of the gallery, and resume their work at a later time; see Saving below.
Gallery feedback may be closed after submission, preventing subsequent submissions from the same client; see Submission Status below.
Gallery feedback may be reviewed via email, or within the TTG BE admin area.
Gallery filters offer full functionality; see Filtering below.
The client does not need to enter their details for submissions, as this information already exists in the client's account.

Do i need to check all logins forms?
in CRG4 template? in auto index? In LR?

But i need some help to configure that step by step, because i have some problems in my previous (3rd) installation.
If you can - can you create a help only with this, i think every one needs to. Because i'm following your steps to installation, but exist some issues i can`t understand.

Hi, i try to install a new and fresh CE4 CRG bundle in my server

I have install and follow the steps from this

But i have some issues.

What i want.
My site is www.paulobrandao.com
but my clients galleries is on (clientes.paulobrandao.com/galleries) i made a link in my site (clientes) to this "autoindex" page psw protected made with CE4 autoindex

I want every client enter the psw and login to see the galleries for each client
something like that

GALLERIES (nothing visible, psw protected)
after login the client must see yours autoindex with links to galleries.

Client 01 (i use album set for this in LR)

----- album 02
----- album 03
...

1. Should i use login in ce4 autoindex?( i have used this option)
2. i need to activate "CRG4" psw protection? (i think not, but)
3. In publisher, i need to check the option for galleries psw protection?

If you want publisher to create the hi-res downloads then enable that feature in your template

it doesn't work that way.
The templates you create (that go in ttg-be/templates/gallery/) are just that, a template. they're used by Publisher to create albums.

If you want to manually upload your hi-res downloads rather than having Publisher create them for you, I believe you'll need to create your Hi-res/ folder inside each album using FTP and then upload to that folder.

No, i want to publisher manage everything.
I wan't everything full auto and simple. I change the template and de name of the folder to default name.


Sign in to ttg-be and go to Client Response Admin. Click on Setting and choose Clients

I can´t access to this,
give a message error like this

The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.

They will be able to assist you with rectifying the problem and adjusting the security configuration if needed.

do i need to do this manually, export hi res photo and upload one by one?

that's the reason i´m asking for a video tut - if exist smile

And i set up following this video tutorial first.
Thats because i like, is more intuitive seen this video, is more help full than a big document

But i'll try again, what a can't figure out is wow this work with publisher and CRG

I need to create a small and private "istock".
I need to my client sign in (private gallery).
Than he need to see a page with different galleries and open one he choose.
After that, he need to see pictures and download a Hi-Res from the photo he need. (CRG, if i´m right)

The gallery need to be auto upadate (publisher?), because I have new photos in a new week(i need to update an existing gallery).

i want to install the templates to work with auto index page, publisher and export galleries, but is to to tricky.
