Thanks for the workaround Rod, I'll try grabbing the feedback from CRG Admin.

For anyone else with the issue, you can also copy and paste the feedback into a basic text document, if you then resize the document so the columns line up it's easy to see the extra space(s)

Hi guys,

Having a strange issue since I changed servers where the selections received via email randomly have additional spaces in them which completely throws off the text search within lightroom. We are forced to hunt through the feedback to pull out the offending space!

I've had naming issues in the past so I'm very careful these days to make sure there are no spaces in the original filenames, any ideas? Here's an example:

Hi Ben, I think I've found the source of the problem - I completely removed the publisher plugin from Lightroom and reinstalled it. Seems to be working so far.

If it helps, I've just finished talking to Openhost and they have no records on their logs of any of these errors.

Also I should mention that the domain is still with GoDaddy and just pointed to the new hosting - would this have an effect?

Hi Ben,

Yes the new account was with GoDaddy, previously I was with Bluehost and had no issues.

My new account is with Openhost, a local New Zealand company. I'm hoping to get some performance improvements by having my website and gallery system all local. It also has more resources than my godaddy account. The first gallery uploaded fine and functions super quick, much faster than both the bluehost & godaddy. But the second gallery started having the same errors.

Hi guys,

I've been receiving this message intermittently when trying to upload galleries, sometimes I can upload a whole gallery but often it only uploads 10 images before receiving the error:

I've been running CRG for years now without issue. I've recently switched hosting server, I've also switched from mac to windows and from Lightroom 6 to Lightroom CC (all at the same time unfortunately for problem solving purposes). Thinking it was the new server being slow, I've been trialling an additional high performance server and I'm still getting the same problem.

Feel like I've tried everything... have you seen this one before? Any ideas?

Hi guys,

Thanks again for this great tool, been using it for years now and still love it.

Just wondering if there's any way to order the feedback I receive via email so that it appears in file name order? It seems to be linked to the order in which it is selected in the gallery. Problem is my clients often go back through and refine selections, comments etc and I get a list of feedback that is in an odd order and makes editing more difficult.

It would be more useful if the gallery name was visible in the email list:

Thanks for the quick reply Rod, but the gallery name doesn't seem to be an option. Just Feedback Number, Client Name & Client email. None of which are very useful in distinguishing between feedback sets.

Hi guys, is it possible to customise the email subject on the feedback I receive? I often create multiple galleries for large shoots and it would be great to see the gallery name on the subject line to help me track down specific feedback emails.

Even if it was the first line of the email, as gmail displays that directly after the subject anyway.

Hi guys,

Just had a thought for a new file naming feature, not sure if it's pie in the sky but thought it was worth bringing up:

So I can currently create a text field in the gallery feedback where my client could enter a new image name, but it would be totally amazing if there was some way to take that feedback and automatically rename the files, possible?

Hi Ben, Thanks for your quick response! I see you are adding comments - the issue is with the selected options.

Try selecting "Style shot (top)" for image one, and "Style shot (pants)" for image two.

I was having the issue in Chrome, but have now tried it with Safari & Firefox with the same results.

Hi guys, I've found a little bug which was freaking one of my clients a bit!

These are the steps to make it happen:

1. Record a feedback option for image 01, save
2. Record different a feedback option for image 02, save
3. Re-open the feedback pane for image 01 and the feedback seems to have been lost. Cue freaking

I have since found that if you refresh the page, then re-open the feedback pane for image 01 the feedback magically returns.

I have updated the file names and that fixed the highslide issue. However the feedback buttons are still un-clickable.

Hi guys,

Just purchased publisher to add to CRG and I'm having a few issues with the gallery.

Here's the link:

The template has Highslide comparative selected which doesn't seem to be working. Also when I first created the gallery the selection circle was not clickable, but I was able to open & close the record feedback screen. Inside the record feedback screen I was able to select the circle, but once saved everything became unclickable.

Hi guys, I seem to be missing the section that allows me to customise the feedback form (by default has Option, Option, Option Option)

In CE3 this was in Appearance, but I can't for the life of me find it in CE4.
