I purchased the CE3 Web Bundle in June of 2013. I am interested in upgrading to CE4. Is there a way to do this just as an upgrade or do I have to purchase the CE4 Web Bundle like a new customer?

Hi! I purchased the web suite and want to download it but have not received an email with a link and when I do a search with order number and email, nothing comes up. I received a receipt from both TTG and Paypal. Any idea how to get the link?
