image background color in Theater

Thank you Rod. Is there a way/place to make the box around the individual photos invisible (same color as the background)? I'm looking and will continue.

Re: image background color in Theater

there's a background color setting in Theater. You can set that the same as the page background.

I've done that. Have you looked at https://rossdickinson.com/galleries/krisbae/. The color of the box, which contains the controls of the slide show seems to match to color of the menu bar across the top.

Re: image background color in Theater

I'm seeing the same grey color behind the image as I'm seeing in the menu

Re: image background color in Theater

Me too. What I'm talking about is the rectangle around the photo with the progress report going across the bottom in white. Is this just the way Vegas Slideshow works. I know I can disable the white progress bar, but I would still have lines around the photo. Can I control the color of those llines?

Re: image background color in Theater

the rectangle is the border. you can change the color. If you want it gone, set the border to 0px

the white progress bar can be turned off, I don’t know about changing the color.

Re: image background color in Theater

Thank you again. I've run across changing the color of the progress, I think. When I find it again I will share it with you. You and the group provide such a great product with equally great service.

Re: image background color in Theater

the control for the progress bar is “Show timer.”
the only setting is On or Off.
there may be a css way to change the color. But it may be part of the Vegas javascript

Re: image background color in Theater

I got curious.

You can change the color of the time with custom css:

.vegas-timer-progress {
color: red;
}
