Wordpress AddOn & PlugIns

Hello,

I'am thinking about to buy the Wordpress Addon to use some PlugIns in Wordpress like a consent tool etc.

Does the Backlight Theme behave like any other theme, so I can use PlugIns like I did with other themes?
