Quality of downloads

Is there a way that I can give my clients a better quality when downloading images from the client response gallery.
Images are only in 96 dpi and cannot be used for printing

Dpi doesn’t matter, pixels do. Make sure you’re supplying images that are large enough for the intended print size (a 6000 pix wide image will print 20 inches wide if printed at 300 dpi, larger if printed at 240 dpi)

Are you using Lightroom? In the template you have the option to have Publisher create renditions for download. Make that setting large enough to create prints.
If you need larger sized images than The template allows for, you can create your own renditions and upload manually.
