Database Error with Publisher

Good afternoon.

I apologize if this has already been addressed. I get this error message when I access the publisher:

Error message: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 no such table: localisation_value

Running Backlight 2

Website: https://images.bass-x.net

I went through the upgrade instructions (as required from CE4 to Backlight 2) but it does not seem to make any difference.

Did you also update the TTG Publisher Lightroom plugin?

Re: Database Error with Publisher

Hi Brian, this is likely an edge case in the upgrade process. Can you please provide me with a Backlight admin login via email, and preferably with FTP access as well? I’ll then look into it and hopefully get you on track.

Yes - I can do that. And, yes, I did update the plugin.

Re: Database Error with Publisher

We've resolved the problem.  The Backlight 1 to 2 upgrade moves database tables around.  Earlier Backlight 1.* upgrades also try to upgrade the same tables.  Fixed by checking for the existence of the localisation_value during the Backlight upgrade step to 1.1.0.  I'll add this check into the deployed code, so that it won't affect any other users upgrading from an earlier version of Backlight 1 to BL2.
