FAVICON

I have a 35x50 jpeg image I want to use as a favicon. I uploaded it to Backlight. But when I try to load it, in Backlight>Designer>Templates>Pages-pideja>Design>Iconography>Favicon, there are no images available in the drop-down selector.

I can't find why. Too big? Jpeg instead of png?

Favicons are square (use 32x32 for best support) and in png format.
