Cart Options Won't Work
Hi,
I have created different cart options ie:prints, digital downloads, canvases, but when I create a new album in Lightroom and list them on the cart section, I keep getting a notice on my website saying that no products are avaliable for purchase.
What am I doing wrong? It works if I use "default" in the cart, but they are only for prints.
Help please!

You’ve created Pricing Schemes and the name of a Pricing scheme is what you’re writing in the Pricing Scheme field in Album Setup under the Integration tab?
In your Pricing Scheme have you filled out the Pricing?
Have you filled out shipping costs?
Can you post a link to an album?

Hi Rod,
Thanks for your help! Yes I have created Pricing Schemes and the name is exactly the same in the Album Setup under Intergration. Yes I have filled out the pricing, yes shipping has been filled out (you will be able to see that when you go to Tester Album)
I have created 2 tester albums - The first is called Tester Album, there is the "Print Only" cart option chosen. The second is called Tester Album 2 and the "Digital Download" cart option has been chosen.

you could try resetting the cart. In the main Cart dashboard there's a link to Reset the Cart.
If that doesn't work, someone will need to take a look at your Backlight settings.
If you'd like, feel free to email me Guest Updater or Administrator credentials and I'll take a look.

Can you double check that you’re not using a Product name rather than a Pricing Scheme name in the album’s Pricing Scheme field.
Digital Download is one of the default products and I noticed that the album you posted that isn’t working has “Digital Download” as the pricing scheme.
Have you created a Pricing Scheme named Digital Download?
