LR Plugin help section?

Is there a section for LR Plugins? All I see is the CE4 type forums. Just bought the bundle but have some questions.

Re: LR Plugin help section?

You bought Backlight?
Then the only Lightroom plug-in is the Publisher plug-in. Backlight is a web application that is installed on your server.
The documentation is linked to on the Support and Documentation page.

Re: LR Plugin help section?

I had the 2016 (free) version and had been playing with that for a bit. So I bought the 2018 bundle because the samples showed that there was a "play" option which advanced the slideshow automatically. I can't seem to find that option. Plus, I want to figure out how to not have the whole configuration change every time I toggle between galleries etc.

Re: LR Plugin help section?

Looks like the play button is in the upper right area of the large image presentation. Click on a thumbnail to get to the large images. If you're not seeing this, can you post a link to a gallery?

There are a couple of ways of saving your settings. You create a user template or you can save the web gallery.
The best thing is probably to save the template so you can apply it to other collections of images.

Create a template in the Lightroom Web Module Template Browser.

To save settings to a particular collection of images, create a saved web gallery using the button at the upper right of the preview area.

Thanks for your response. I will work on this a bit more this weekend and test a few things and let you know. I need my mandatory sleeping hours now before I can work tomorrow :-)

Re: LR Plugin help section?

Ya! Got it to work. The first link you attached was the one I used to save things, seems more rational but I will refine later so I can save collections and add files from different trips. The reason I didn't see the play button etc. was because I made all of the options black. The button was there but not visible. Some fine tuning took care of that. First experiment here: http://www.nohorizons.net/Brussels%20to … index.html

Thanks again!
