Album Sets that I had previously made in BL1 were updated without problem into BL2, including the "Description" text that appears in the thumbnail of the Descriptive Album Set. And in my BL2 Pangolin Album Set template (template => Thumbnail Grid => Album Info) I can set a limit to the description length, etc.
However, when going to Publisher => Galleries => Create Album Set there is no provision for entering a description or other text that would be included in the descriptive thumbnail.
Or am I just missing it?

In my edition of Lightroom 6, using the Publisher plug-in for Backlight 2, I find that in the Album Set settings, there is, in fact, a "Description" box to be filed. Some information uses the slug and more info could come from the "Description".
And all this is displayed within the thumbnail, below the image.

Most likely the album and album set creation features directly in Backlight.
For album sets, the Description field is not currently included. I don’t know if this was by design or not. Ben and Matt will need to weigh in.

I can see that the field is not specified where it's meant to be for Album Sets. Strangely, I am still seeing Description shown when editing Album Sets on my own site. I'll need to look further into this.
