Upgrading from Backlight 1 or CE4 to Backlight 2

What will happen to all my Backlight 1 or CE4 web site once I install Backlight 2?

Will they be "converted" or must I re-design and re-publish?

Re: Upgrading from Backlight 1 or CE4 to Backlight 2

Backlight 1 pages will continue to work as they were before, no re-publishing needed. But if you use phplugins, that needs to be updated. For CE4 based sites, they need to be re-designed.

Re: Upgrading from Backlight 1 or CE4 to Backlight 2

In the update just released, it's now possible to upgrade from CE4 to Backlight 2. The steps are in the docs:
